Legends of
African
Power.

Beneath the baobab, the elder speaks and the kora answers. We gather those voices — kings, queens, griots, prophets — and bind them into books and media for the children still circling the tree.

“When an elder dies, a library burns to the ground.”

01 · The Imprint

A house built on remembrance.

Genesis Legacy Media LLC is an independent publishing house devoted to Legends of African Power — the rulers, mystics, warriors, scholars and storytellers whose lives shaped a continent and seeded the diaspora.

We work in the lineage of the griots: keepers of memory who held entire kingdoms inside a song. Our books, and the media we are building beyond them, are made so that no library has to burn when an elder finally lays down.

Born into prophesy but tested by silence, a boy grows in the world of Mande — watched, doubted, and tested by many, guided by the quiet strength of a mother who believes when others do not. This is not the story of a king. It is the story of how one is made.
